Professional fees
Therapy hour (50-60 minutes) - $250
Neuropsychological Assessment per hour - $350
Personalized Treatment Plan per hour - $250
Forensic Work per hour - $350+
For patients who have medical insurance including Medicare, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna, you are responsible for the payment in full at the end of the session. I will provide you with the superbill, which you will be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I have limited number of probono and sliding scale appointments available.

Privacy
Privacy is an important concern in the mental health field and can be compromised when dealing with managed care. Special arrangements can be made for HMOpatients concerned with their privacy. Please contact me for details.
Reduced Fee
A sliding scale fee arrangement maybe possible based upon your financial situation and the availability of reduced fee openings in my practice.
Payment
Cash, check, electronic payment including Zelle, Venmo and PayPal, as well as all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, the time is reserved especially for you.If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
